The reception staff member was incredibly attentive, checking me in while I sat down, which was a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey in the rain. I particularly loved the stylish room design, complete with a bright red vintage phone. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure. some minor maintenance updates might enhance the experience, and a bit more variety in dining options could be beneficial.

Convenient spot for events!
The location is super close to the O2 Arena, which was a huge plus for us. We felt comfy and welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was really fresh and clean. There’s a rooftop bar that looked awesome, but we didn’t get the chance to check it out. Would've loved a better snack selection.

the shower door coulda been better, almost flooded the bathroom. also, there was a weird smell from the bathroom on arrival, but it went away after the first day.

Excellent location with a great vibe
My stay was quite enjoyable with the hotel's unbeatable location close to the O2 Arena, making it perfect for concert-goers. The room was clean and had a modern decor that added to the overall aesthetic. The rooftop bar looked inviting, although I didn't get a chance to visit. I did notice some noise disturbances early in the morning, which could be improved.

The culinary journey was a real score! Check out The Pilot Inn for proper pub grub just around the corner, and if you're feeling spicy, Curry Royal Tandoori serves up some bangin’ curries. Rooms were clean and the shower was a delightful treat, buzzin' with hot water and top-notch toiletries.
The room was small and felt a bit cramped with not much room to move. The area outside had a dodgy vibe, and the lack of hot water initially was a right pain. Still, everything managed to shine despite a few bumps.

The location is a solid perk, offering easy access to the O2 Arena, which makes it a fantastic spot for concert-goers. The design feels modern and quirky, with a vibrant atmosphere that stands out against the usual cookie-cutter hotel vibe.
The stay had some letdowns. My room had a persistent smell of smoke that lingered despite airing it out. not the best first impression. The breakfast system was peculiar, with a buffet that didn't quite add up to the price, since essentials like eggs and hash browns needed to be ordered separately and arrived in trickles instead of all at once. The experience just felt chaotic rather than smooth. Cleaning seemed inconsistent across rooms—some had a decent standard while others felt neglected, and minor cleanliness issues made it hard to overlook them entirely. For late-night eats, options were sparse without heading into town, which was a letdown after such an active day.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We spent one night in a Superior Room and enjoyed the hotel's ambiance. Staff were friendly, but the shower head needed some attention. Don't miss the onsite restaurant. the breakfast was delightful and energizing! Consider bringing your own pillows if you prefer firmer ones.

The warm reception made a significant difference after a tiring journey. A friendly staff member quickly attended to me while I rested, showcasing excellent customer service. The spacious room featured a comfortable bed and a surprisingly stylish red vintage phone, while the bathroom was clean and roomy. On the downside, some areas showed signs of wear, particularly the elevator and common restrooms, which could detract from the otherwise fresh atmosphere.
